FINLAND GROUP AFFIRM CONFIRMATION PROMISES

Georgia, Bethany and Emily affirmed their confirmation promises at St Anne's, Royton this evening.
Bishop Mark said their preparation trip to Finland had been a time of great learning
and that our young people had taught him much about the love of God.
Well done girls! You are a real blessing to our parish.
Also on the picture Luke, Alex and Alicia, together with Susie Mapledorum,

Bishop Mark and Maurice Smith, fellow pilgrims on the journey,
who also expressed their delight and praise for our young people.

MURIEL IS LICENSED AS AN ALM

Authorised Lay Ministers share in the public ministry of the local church, as they serve their local parishes. ALM ministry takes many different forms depending upon the parish base,
but many ALMs lead or establish a team of people working in an area of ministry
and they also work to encourage and develop the gifts of others.
Can you spot Muriel?
Check out the one with the cool shades!
Well done Muriel the first ALM licensed from the Parish of Langley.
We are very proud of you!
