LICENCING OF REV'D SUE MORGAN

Today we had a service to mark the licencing of our new associate priest, reverend Sue Morgan.

The service was celebrated by Bishop Mark, assisted by Archdeacon Cherry Vann, Canon Philip Miller and Rev Pauline Jones.

Pictured after the ceremony are  Bishop Mark, Archdeacon Cherry Vann,  Canon Philip Miller and Reverend Sue Morgan.

We wish Rev Sue a happy and successful tenure at All Saints and Martyrs and in her work at the Burnside Centre.

BRIGHT & LIGHT PARTY - alternative halloween

Fairy Christine and Knight Jonathan in fancy dress

Rev'd Jackie drenches the Burnside Centre's youth worker, Kirsty with water to demonstrate the opposites of wet and dry and to link with the opposites of light and dark - the theme of the night. The children really loved this and chanted through the night - "We hate the darkness, we love light."

The chocolate fountain in full flow

Rev'd Pauline coping really well with the constant queue for the fountain. Is that Tinker Bell?

Hero Spiderman looking very colourful

Whoops! Tinker Bell's halo has slipped. Good job Rev'd Pauline was on hand to put it back.
Tinker Bell (aka Christine) takes the young apprentice fairies under her wings!
